Returns Policy

Refunds are not available for change of mind or for incorrect item being purchased by mistake. To avoid this, please double check your order before processing.

Each card is made from our hands to yours and we check that it's in perfect condition before sending it out. It's highly unlikely to happen, but should your cards happen to arrive damaged, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order and we'll do our best to resolve your issue.

If by chance we make a mistake when packing your order and send you the incorrect item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can get the correct item to you or give you a refund. Photos and order number may be required for confirmation.
