Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to lockdowns, limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. To avoid disappointment, please allow a little longer for your parcel to arrive.

Express Post is still the fastest shipping option, however Australia Post have suspended their 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' so it may not arrive the next day even if you are located within the Express Post Network. Shipping Options 

Stamped Letter Postage - $2.50 (does NOT include tracking). Delivery time between 2-8 business days.

Standard Shipping - $9.30 (includes tracking). Delivery time between 2-8 business days. 

Express Post - $12.30 (includes tracking). Next day delivery guarantee currently suspended, although still the fastest delivery option.

Delivery Issues

If delivery fails because: 

• The address or delivery details were wrong or incomplete;
• The driver attempted to deliver the parcel and left a notification card, but a redelivery was not requested; or
• The parcel was not collected within 5 business days from a collection point

then the parcel will be returned to us and you'll need to pay the reshipping fee to have it resent to you. Postage costs won't be refunded.
